I asked a friend who has been using Bare Minerals for a few years to do a review for me. I have tested it but found that it doesn’t suit my oily skin. I really liked it at first but after a couple of hours it started to go patchy and to make my fine lines more evident. Here is what she said:
“I have been using Bare Minerals for about 4 years now and had always loved the lightness of it and the fact that it was a great colour match for my skin. When you’re as pale as me, it’s quite difficult to get a natural match without looking like you’re going for that lovely white face paint that clowns wear! Unfortunately over the last couple of months, despite drinking copious amounts of water, my skin has been extremely dehydrated. This was then compounded by the dry powder of the foundation and my skin has looked attractively like scales!! So while I generally love this product, if you’re skin is going through a dry or dehydrated phase, you may have to make a temporary switch to a foundation that will provide more moisture!”
It definitely suits a combination skin and if you are oily test it before buying it to see how it reacts with you skin.
